Any one know how to get music lyrics to country artists??
My husband has some really good lyrics, mostly country, I feel would be great for Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, and others, he has wrote for years, but his stuff comes back they don't accept unsilisted stuff. Any one been there? Any help would be great since I can't seem to find a way to help him. He has them on CD's that he did in a recording studio along with his lyrics.

i grew up in Nashville all of my life. My cousin is hank williams jr. i live in vegas now and the answer is that you have to contact publishers and writers. believe it or not most singers dont get to sing their own songs unlish its # 17 on the cd and one only tjose who but their cd's. also let you know their are about 40 thousand singers in nashville and about three times that in writers. so good luck, acuff and rhodes is a publishing company you can check with. just be carefull all they have to do is change a line or two and steal your song be sure to have it copy writed iff you are serious.
