are there any country bands or country stars that get music writters to write the lyrics of they’re songs?
i dont know about you but im so sick of country music, the songs have the some old bs lyrics, its crap all, and now a days its all about country this and country that, and i cant stand people who back up country when they say stupid ignorant things like, oh it has alot of meaning, and heart behind it, the lyrics are true to life, and serve a purpose, well jeez what a good reason, all songs serve a purpose and have a reason so what makes country so damn different, the country business think they have the best thing the world has to offer, so id really like to know if they honestly write they’re own lyrics, or are some just possers that just sell themselves out to please everyone just to make money

very few country artist today write their own music. They are a part of the machine known as Trashville, oops I mean Nashville. They are to busy kissing @$$ on Music Row so they can be famous than making music or writing songs from the heart. Face it many if not almost all "Country Stars" today do not have the talent to write there own music.
The first answerer was write you want people who poured their heart and souls out go way back in country. Look at George Jones, Conway Twitty, Merle Haggard, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Cash, Willie Nelson, Hank Williams Sr, David Alan Coe, and so on.
Don’t limit yourself on todays country coming from Trashville. There are many greats today that write their own stuff and put their heart into it. Check into Hank Williams III, Bob Wayne and the Outlaw Carnies, Those Poor Bastards, Wayne "The Train" Hancock, Unkown Hinson, J.B. Beverly and the Wayward Drifters, Josh Plemon and the Lonesome Drifters, and so on.
Pop Country sucks. As Those Poor Bastards said, "Radio Country that sodimizing breed, Radio Country’s been killing me. They take Country music and turn it to trash, they f*cked em right up in the @$$"
